- 1 aguacate (palta) maduro el que debe ser cortado y añadido al momento de servir
- 3 cucharadas vinagre de vino
- Aceite de oliva extra virgen a gusto

- Primero hay que desalar el bacalao. En mi caso el día anterior a la preparación, le retiro con agua toda la sal y lo coloco en un recipiente cubierto con agua y lo guardo en la nevera tapado.
- El día de la preparación, descarto el agua y lo coloco en una olla con agua limpia, lo llevo a la estufa hasta hervir por 2 minutos. Descarto el agua y pruebo. Si continua salado, repito el procedimiento hasta lograr el nivel de salado que me guste. Esperamos que refresque y se desmenuza.
- En un recipiente se mezclan todos los ingredientes excepto el aguacate (palta) el cual debe ser cortado y añadido al momento de servir. Mantenga en la nevera. Delicioso!❤️
