  7. Añade la mezcla yogur a las tartas y lleva a hornear unos 15 minutos a 180°, la superficie debe sentirse firme
  8. Una vez frío ya puedes decorar con azúcar impalpable. Para eso lo que hice fue cortar una circunferencia lo suficientemente chica para ocupar el medio de la tarta, y otro áro de papel que cubra el borde de masa.
  9. Luego saco crema del centro de la crema y añado mermelada de frutilla ahí (tbien tengo receta publicada).
  10. Te recomiendo poner el azúcar impalpable a la hora de servir porque se derrite rápido
