- 1 cda sopera cargada maicena

- Base opción 1: procesar todos los ingredientes y luego colocar la mezcla en un molde previamente engrasado. Mandar a horno medio por 10 minutos.



- Base opción 2: procesar todos los ingredientes y luego con las manos húmedas ir expandiendo la mezcla por la base de un molde previamente engrasado. Mandar a horno medio por 10 minutos.



- Relleno: mezclar el huevo, esencia de vainilla, ralladura y stevia líquida. Agregar el queso crema e integrar. Incorporar la Ricota magra y luego, la maicena. Mezclar hasta obtener una mezcla sin grumos.



- Verter la mezcla encima de la base y llevar a horno medio por 30/35 minutos, o hasta que pinches con un palito y salga limpio. Pasado el tiempo, sacar y dejar enfriar la cheesecake.


- Una vez fría, desmoldar y colocar los toppings a elección. (Una me quedo más morenita que la otra porque la deje 5 minutos más en el horno😆)


- Listo!! La de kiwi la hice con la base número 1. La de banana la hice con la base número 2.
