- 10 g cacao + 5g eritritol (relleno Baltasar)

- Juntamos en un bol los ingredientes del prefermento y dejamos reposar unos 30 min con un paño húmedo encima en un sitio cálido (el horno apagado precalentado unos segundos).
- Batimos los huevos con el aceite de coco derretido, el agua de azahar, la ralladura de limón y naranja, la leche tibia, la pizca de sal y el endulzante.
- Añadimos parte de la harina tamizada (Unos 180 gr) y el prefermento que habrá aumentado su tamaño.
- Ponemos un poco de harina en la encimera y agregamos poco a poco la harina reservada hasta formar una bola en la que casi no se peguen los dedos. CASI, sí la dejáis del todo lisa luego quedará seco. Dejamos levar durante un par de horas
- Amasamos de nuevo, hacemos un agujero grande en el centro, colocamos en la bandeja sobre papel de horno y poneos un bote en el centro para que no se cierre el agujero al levar. Dejamos reposar durante otra hora.
- Untamos de huevo batido con ayuda de un pincel, decoramos, metemos en el horno precalentado a 175º unos 15 minutos con ventilador y ¡listo!
- Para el relleno montamos la nata, la dividimos en 3 boles, batimos cada uno con el ingrediente de cada Rey Mago, untamos por secciones en nuestro roscón y ¡a disfrutar!
