  3. Preparar el relleno: cortar las espinacas hervidas con un cucillo y mezclar con el parmesano, ricota, 1 huevo, nuez moscada y un poquita de sal al gusto.
  4. En un sartén poner un poquita de mantequilla y unir unas cucharas de el compuesto de las crepes y cocinarla dándole vuelta en ambos los lados. Cuando son listas ponerle encima el relleno y cerrarlas como en la foto.
  5. Calentar a 200 grados el horno. Untar con mantequilla una bandeja para horno y poner nuestras crepes.
  6. Tapar las crepes con la bechamel,"mancharlas" con poquita salsa de tomate (en esta foto ya es mucha☺️) y en fin cubrir con el parmesano rallado.
  7. Cocinar en horno caliente hasta sean bien doraditas. Más o menos 20 minutos. Dejarlas enfriar 10 minutos y servir! Buon appetito!
