- Los Crepes: poner los ingredientes y mixear llevar a la heladera 20 minutos. revolver y ver el espesor deseado si se quieren m谩s livianos agregar un poco de leche. los hice en una sart茅n cuadrada pero se pueden hacer redondos y dar la forma de paquete al doblar



- Hace una salsa con la crema y la salsa de tomate (puede ser de botella o pur茅 de tomate) que quede rosa agregar piment贸n dulce o especias deseadas y sal.Armar los crepes dando forma de paquete o a gusto y salsear. cubrir con trozos de queso cremoso o mozzarella y llevar al horno
