- Hacemos la masa para los crepes. Para ello ponemos el huevo, la sal y el azúcar en un cuenco. Lo batimos un poco con las varillas de mano. Añadimos la leche y mezclamos bien. Tamizamos la harina, de esta forma la masa nos queda fina y sin grumos. Batimos otra vez más. Añadimos carbonato de sodio y agua caliente, seguimos batiendo. Y por último añadimos el aceite de oliva y batimos una vez más hasta obtener una crema homogénea. Ya veréis que no tardaréis ni dos minutos en hacerlo.

- Ponemos al fuego una sartén antiadherente, cuando esté caliente la sartén, ponemos un poco de aceite de oliva y la repartimos por toda su superficie. - Repetimos esta operación hasta terminar con toda la masa. Salen unos 10 crepes.

- Cortamos el plátano en unas rodajas finas.
