- Hacer las crepes.Yo las hice medianas.
- Preparar un sofrito de carne, con 1/2 cebolla y condimentos a gusto.Una vez listo retirar el jugo, añadir champiñones y aceitunas.Reservar.
- Una vez tibia la espinaca, escurrirla, picarla, incorporarle condimentos, 1/2 cebolla salteada y una lata de choclo.
- Preparar la salsa roja con 1/2 cebolla y condimentos a gusto.
- Por último preparar la salsa blanca.
- Armado de Lasaña :Untar la fuente con un poquito de aceite o manteca.Colocar una capa de crepes.
- Colocar el relleno de carne, por encima esparcir salsa blanca, luego otra capa de crepes.
- Colocar el relleno de espinaca, por encima salsa blanca,
- Ponerle una capa de crepes, por encima esparcir salsa roja, 1 capa de jamón
- Encima del jamón 1 capa de mozzarella
- Por último llevar a horno precalentado el tiempo necesario
