  3. Vamos a ir picando en cubitos la cebolla, el chile, los tomates y el cilantro y lo reservamos en un molde.
  4. Los duraznos en almíbar los vamos a sacar de la lata y vamos a picar también en cubitos.
  5. Al día siguiente ya sacamos el pescado del refrigerador y vamos a retirar 3 o 4 cucharadas del jugo de limón para evitar nos quede con mucho jugo de limón.
  6. Del almíbar de los duraznos ahora agregamos 4 o 5 cucharadas soperas.
  7. Ahora si ya el pescado con poco jugo de limón y con el almíbar de los duraznos vamos a meter ya toda la verdura picada, los duraznos, la pimienta y mezclamos muy bien y ya mezclados checa sal y agrega si quieres a tu gusto.
